I’m the behind-the-scenes problem solver, team supporter, and occasional ‘HR therapist’ with 5+ years of experience. When I’m not handling HR stuff, you’ll find me exploring new ideas and chasing creative projects. This is my first experience in NGO and remote work, and it’s been an exciting journey. I support the organization and volunteers by ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration.

Why I Joined

I was motivated to join because of the mission to help others enhance their communication skills, as I believe language is a powerful tool that opens doors to new opportunities.Also I wanted to support passionate volunteers, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to a positive learning environment. Volunteering in HR allows me to connect with amazing people!
